Watson, va descobrir l&#8217;estructura en <a href=\"http:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Doble_h%C3%A8lix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">doble h\u00e8lix<\/a> de l&#8217;ADN l&#8217;any 1953. Al llibre \u00ab<em>Qu\u00e9 loco prop\u00f3sito<\/em>\u00bb comparteix la seua pr\u00f2pia visi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest descobriment cient\u00edfic. Abans de contar-nos com van descobrir la doble h\u00e8lix, l&#8217;autor ens comenta el cam\u00ed que es va fer cap a l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 molecular de la selecci\u00f3 natural de Charles Darwin. \u00c9s ac\u00ed on apareix el plegament de les prote\u00efnes per, com diu Francis Crick, adoptar una estructura tridimensional \u00fanica.<\/p>\n<p>Buscant a la xarxa he trobat l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 inform\u00e0tica <a href=\"http:\/\/128.95.1.227\/portal\/info\/science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Foldit<\/a>. \u00c9s un joc que, mitjan\u00e7ant trencaclosques, ens permet con\u00e9ixer quines s\u00f3n les lleis f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmiques que actuen en el plegament de prote\u00efnes. Altres objectius d&#8217;aquesta aplicaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n la predicci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estructura de prote\u00efnes i el disseny de prote\u00efnes. Nom\u00e9s est\u00e0 disponible per a GNU\/Linux de 64-bits. Jo he hagut d&#8217;instal\u00b7lar la versi\u00f3 per a Wine. Aquesta funciona b\u00e9, encara que es penja uns segons per a passar d&#8217;un trencaclosques a un altre. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha una wiki en castell\u00e0, encara que amb poca informaci\u00f3: <a href=\"http:\/\/es.foldit.wikia.com\/wiki\/FoldIt_Wiki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">foldit wiki<\/a>.
